<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant information management system, a plant information management method and a program, wherein current trend data and reference trend data are superimposed sequentially correspondingly to each other even in a suspension period to improve operability and monitoring efficiency for improving operation of a plant. <P>SOLUTION: In this plant information management system 3, the current trend data showing a current operation state of the plant are collected, a current trend graph based on the current trend data and a reference trend graph based on the prepared reference trend data are superimposed and displayed on a screen of a display means.
