<p>A dispenser for a roll of film material, comprising a cutting arrangement for cutting polyethylene having an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion being configured to move in relation to the lower portion between an open position and a cutting position. One of the upper portion and the lower portion comprises a blade, and the other of the lower portion and the upper portion comprises a cutting channel defined by a first pair of legs.
