An assembly for delivering a supply of liquid fuel and a supply of purge air to a gas turbine engine, the assembly comprising: an annular dual-flow check valve (10) for controlling the flow through concentric channels (16,18) that have a common outlet (38), the annular dual-flow check valve (10) comprising: an outer body (12) and an inner body (14) that define the concentric channels, which include an outer channel (16) and an inner channel (18) formed therein; a spring (22) activated annular poppet (24) that resides in the outer channel (16) and has a range of motion in the axial direction; and an opening (44) through the inner body (14) that connects the outer channel (16) to the inner channel (18); wherein the axial movement of the annular poppet (24) is regulated by the pressure of the flow upstream of the annular poppet (24) in the outer channel (16); and the axial range of motion of the annular poppet (16) includes at least two axial positions.
