<p>The injector (1) has a nozzle needle (8) that is adjustable between a closing position and an open position. An electromagnetic actuator (14) releases a fuel flow from a pressure region (9) via an injection hole (17). The pressure region is connected with a pressure compensating area (20) that is limited by the nozzle needle by a valve (13). The compensating area is arranged such that a hydraulic closing force acting on the nozzle needle in a closing direction is partially compensated based on the hydraulic connection.</p> |
