PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing electrophoresis display device is provided to prevent process complexity and manufacturing const increase. CONSTITUTION: A lower array unit is formed by forming a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode which electrically connects to the thin film transistor on a substrate. On the lower array unit, electrophoresis film including charged particles is formed. Red, green, blue color filter patterns are formed on the electrophoresis film. The electrophoresis film comprises a capsule and an upper passivation layer located on upper side of the capsule. The capsule comprises the charged particles. |
