PURPOSE: A contactless vacuum pad is provided to increase the vacuum and energy efficiency by guiding atmospheric air for vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A contactless vacuum pad comprises a main body(11), an air guide(12) and a vacuum air line. The main body comprises a supply hole(13) and an out diffusion side(14). The out diffusion side is concavely formed from an edge(15) around the bottom part of the supply hole. The air guide is coupled in the lower part of the main body. The air guide comprises nozzle sets leaving an inducing groove in interval, passing through the side of the center hole and serially formed. The vacuum air line is formed by organically using the mutually interlocked main body and the air guide.
