PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing and removing stuck molten steel on the main lance of a converter is provided to remove molten steel attached to a tube and reduce the time for removing molten steel by heating multiple separation heating plates and a part of molten steel band. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing and removing stuck molten steel on the main lance of a converter comprises a tube and multiple separation heating plates. The tube is installed on the outer circumference of a lance pipe(3). The lance pipe supplies oxygen for making molten steel. The tube is made of material capable of preventing molten steel from being stuck. The tube is made of ceramic materials.
