PURPOSE: A steel pipe coupling device for a flange, which can connects steel pipes of a steel pipe strut in order to prevent the ground collapse according to ground excavation are provided to resist against outer bending. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe coupling device for a flange comprises a first connector(110), a second connector(120) and a connecting member(130). A first single flange part(113) is bent in the longitudinal direction both end part and the first connector is formed. A second single flange part(123) is bent in the longitudinal direction both end part and the second connector is formed. The second connector is arranged to be faced in the first connector. The connecting member each other clinches the first connector and the second connector.
