PURPOSE: A fuse circuit is provided to return a fuse which is wrong cut to an original state of the fuse by including a first and second fuse. CONSTITUTION: A first fuse(F1) activates an output signal in cutting. A second fuse(F2) deactivates the output signal in cutting. The output signal is deactivated by an initialization signal. The output signal is activated or deactivated according to cutting of a first and second fuse after initialization. The output signal generation unit(230) generates the output signal.
