PURPOSE: A flip-flop and a semiconductor memory device including the same are provided to obtain margin of input signal by delaying the point of time to latch the delayed input signal. CONSTITUTION: An additive latency shifting part(803) delays the column command signal as much as the additive latency. The additive latency shifting part outputs the internal read command. A delay unit(807) delays the clock. The delay unit outputs the delay clock. A CAS write latency shifting part(805) is inputted with the internal read command. The CAS write latency shifting part delays the internal read command as much as the CAS write latency.
