PURPOSE: A belt convey device in which a return belt is turned-over is provided to reduce personal expenses for collecting dropped products, to solve a problem of an early worn belt, and to reduce raw costs. CONSTITUTION: A belt convey device in which a return belt is turned-over comprises a primary turn over part(150) which is formed so that a return belt(120) is turned-over on the head part of a return section, a secondary turn over part(151) which is formed so that the return belt is turned-over again on the tail part of a return section, and a fixed roller(200) which is installed by being fixed in the front part and the back part of the primary turn over part and the secondary turn over part. The fixed roller comprises an upper end fixed roller and a lower end fixed roller in order to press both sides of the return belt. The fixed roller is installed in a place which is ten times of the belt width away from the primary turn over part and secondary turn over part centers, if the return belt is composed of fabric material.
