PURPOSE: Highly efficient diaphragm is provided to induce uniform oil flow by providing a path which vertically runs straightly. CONSTITUTION: Highly efficient diaphragm(100) comprises an upper fixing part(100a), a lower fixing part(100b), and a body(100c). The upper fixing part is fixed to a shock absorber. The lower fixing part is fixed to the shock absorber. The body is formed between the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part. The upper cross section of the body makes a wave form in which a valley and a mountain are alternately repeated. The wave form is extended to the lower part of the body. The cross section of the body with a wave form forms the same thickness. The diaphragm is arranged for a self-pumping shock absorber.
