PURPOSE: An automatic overspeed prevention device is provided to cut off the entering of a vehicle and prevent impact from being delivered to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An automatic overspeed prevention device comprises a concrete block(100) and a circulation main body(200). The upper side is opened and the empty space is included in the concrete block. The concrete block is laid in order to cross across the forked road. The circulation main body is combined according to the concrete block to the pivot axis. The circulation main body is accepted to the empty space included inside the concrete block and is projected to the upper side of the concrete block.
