PURPOSE: A soundproof plate with heating elements, which prevents snow from being piled on plates, is provided to maintain safety and to prevent damage to a soundproof plate. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof plate with heating elements comprises a solar panel(11), a condenser(12) and a heating element(13). The solar panel is installed in the upper side of the soundproof plate and absorbs the solar energy. The condenser changes the heat heat-gathered from the solar panel to the electrical energy and stores electricity the electricity. The heating element produces the heat by using the electricity of being stored in the condenser.
