PURPOSE: A word line driving circuit is provided to prevent the deterioration of a transistor while reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A main word line driver(310) drives a main word line. A sub-word line driver(320) drives a sub word line. A full down power selection unit(330) supplies a ground voltage or a negative voltage as a pull-down power of the main word line driver. A pull-up power selection unit(340) supplies a power voltage or a high voltage to a pull-up power source of the main word line driver. |
