PURPOSE: A panel molding device and a method for molding a panel is provided to variously control the shaping angle of a vertical section of a concave part by controlling the number of the punch units. CONSTITUTION: A panel molding device comprises a lower mold(100), an upper mold(200), a pressing unit, and a multi-point dieless forming method(400). The upper and lower molds mold a panel. The pressing unit firstly molds the panel by pressurizing the lower mold and the upper mold. The multi-point dieless forming method molds a concave part. The concave part concavely enters to the inner side of the first molded panel. The multi-point dieless forming method comprises multiple punch parts(410) and a driving part(420).
