PLANT MEDIA, PLANT EXCIPIENT COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR POWDER FERMENTED BY PLANT ORIGIN LACTIC ACID BACTERIA USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A plant culture medium, a plant excipient composition and a method for manufacturing plant fermented lactic acid powder using same are provided to manufacture plant fermented lactic acid including Chinese cabbage, radish and garlics. CONSTITUTION: A plant culture medium contains radish contains radish 10 ~ 30 weight%, Chinese cabbage 5 ~ 15 weight%, glucose 1~5 weight%, soybean protein 1~5 weight%. A plant excipient composition is manufactured by fermenting a mixture containing the Chinese cabbage 58 ~ 86 weight%, radish 10 ~ 30 weight%, and garlic 0.1 ~ 2 wegith% with plant fermented lactic acid. The plant fermented lactic acid is inoculated in the mixture and is fermented for 24 ~ 48 hours in 25~30°C.
