PURPOSE: A ball caster lift apparatus for tube insertion for heavy load is provided to easily insert tube inside the heavy tube and to prevent industrial disaster. CONSTITUTION: A ball caster lift apparatus comprises a ball caster plate(7) having plurality of thread push bars arranged with several ball casters in a same angle. The ball caster plate is lifted/lowered by a plurality of thin cylinders(8) having same structure. The ball caster plate is arranged lower position than moving line(P) of the conveyor belt.
