PURPOSE: A nozzle of a vacuum cleaner is provided to improve the inhaling performance of the vacuum cleaner by preventing the operation of an agitator while a side to be cleaned in which the operation of the agitator is not required is cleaned. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle of a vacuum cleaner comprises a nozzle body which includes an air inlet part, a fan assembly which is installed in the nozzle body to be rotatable and forms one side of a flow path, a flow passage forming unit(162) which is installed in one side of a flow path and forms the other side of a flow path(163), an agitator(150) which divides foreign materials from a surface to be cleaned by the torque of the fan assembly, and a shielding member which is installed in the nozzle body and selectively shields one side or the other side of the flow path.
