摘要 PURPOSE: A resonator device for a deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided to improve laser efficiency by preventing laser gas at the bottom state and a foreign material from flowing into a resonator mirror chamber. CONSTITUTION: A laser generator(100) comprises a cavity(105) and a resonator. Deuterium fluoride active medium is generated by enabling atomic Fluorine and Deuterium to be sprayed at a hypersonic speed in the cavity. The deuterium fluoride active medium erupts in the cavity. The resonator generates laser by using the deuterium fluoride active medium of the cavity as the laser gain medium. A total reflection mirror assembly(110) reflects the laser to the different side of the laser generator. A projection lens assembly(115) outputs laser in the progressive direction of the laser reflected from the total reflection mirror. A shield gas spray part(120) secludes the outflow of the deuterium fluoride active medium to the total reflection mirror assembly or the projection lens assembly.
