METHOD FOR EVALUATING DIFFERENTIATION CAPABILITY OF STEM CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating possibility of differentiating to cells of desired tissue in a human body is provided to simply determine whether the differentiated cells can contribute in normal tissue formation. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining whether stem cells differentiate to cells of desired tissue comprises: a step of transplanting the stem cells to desired tissue of non-human mammal; a step of culturing the tissue in vitro; and a step of determining possibility of differentiation of the stem cells. The stem cells are labeled to distinguish from the transplanted tissue cells. The label is fluorescence.
