PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for text and image contents transformation and advertisement insertion and a computer readable medium storing program thereof are provided to improve the conversion efficiency of content provider by automatically converting the uploaded original contents and image contents of a writer in software. CONSTITUTION: A terminal environment information storage unit(110) stores the terminal environment information relating to an optimal text/image content playing environment of a terminal. A size conversion unit(135) converts the size of the inputted contents according to the terminal environment information. An advertisement insertion unit(140) inserts an advertisement into the converted contents. An arrangement conversion unit(130) converts the arrangement of the inputted contents according to the terminal environment information.
