<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display is provided to set a drive voltage without changing a monitoring current by varying the number of monitoring pixel. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(10) has an effective display region and a monitoring pixel unit. A plurality of emitting pixels are formed in the effective display region. A monitoring pixel unit(16) provides the equivalent resistance apparatus of the monitoring pixels. A driving voltage setting unit(17) supplies a monitoring current to the monitoring pixel. The driving voltage setting unit detects the monitoring current and the equivalent resistance apparatus as a driving voltage. A control voltage generator generates a monitoring gate signal.</p> |
