ESTABLISHMENT METHOD OF OWN EXTRA PRIZE TRAIN TRACK RAIL

PURPOSE: An installation method of a track rail for a magnetic levitated train, which can accurately adjust the horizontal and perpendicularity of a track rail is provided to increase the setting accuracy of the track rail. CONSTITUTION: An installation method of a track rail for a magnetic levitated train comprises follows. A track rail holder is established on the top of a bridge post(B). A track rail in which a rail(21) is fixed and coupled in a steel sleeper(22) is placed in the track rail holder. The track rail is adjusted. An anchor bolt(30) is inserted into the anchor hole of the steel sleeper of the adjusted track rail and it clinches. A fixation pin, a base plate(32), a shim plate and a lower pad are inserted successively into the bottom anchor bolt of the steel sleeper. Concrete(C) is cured in a mold after being poured. The lower part of the anchor bolt and part of the base plate are in buried. The mold and track rail holder are separated from one another.
