Instant Bibimbab(boiled rice with assorted mixtures) and a preparation method thereof are provided to simplify preparation processes to reduce production cost by using leg-bone broth cooked rice, heated and dried vegetables, sauce for heated and dried vegetables and stir-fried red pepper paste for mixing. Instant Bibimbab(boiled rice with assorted mixtures) consists of leg-bone broth cooked rice, heated and dried vegetables, sauce for heated and dried vegetables and stir-fried red pepper paste for mixing. The leg-bone broth cooked rice is prepared by boiling blood-removed leg-bone. The heated and dried vegetables is washed, sterilized, steamed in a steam cooker and dried with hot wind. The sauce for heated and dried vegetables is prepared by mixing 10wt% of garlic, 80wt% of onion and 10wt% of ginger, extracting the mixture with 10wt% of saline solution and concentrating the mixture. The stir-fried red pepper paste for mixing is prepared by chopping beef, mixing pear juice and cooking alcohol in a ratio of 1:3~3:1, soaking the chopped beef in the mixed liquid for 1 hour or more, parching garlic, ginger and red pepper paste and mixing the soaked beef and the parched ingredients. |
