PURPOSE: A marking apparatus for adjusting a crayon length for marking a tire tread color line is provided to solve the disadvantage of using liquid paint to paint a color line on a tire tread and to easily process the replacement of the crayon. CONSTITUTION: A marking apparatus for adjusting a crayon length for marking a tire tread color line comprises a crayon unit which touches to a tire tread(100) and wherein a crayon(1) painting the color line is inserted into a insertion hole(2), a crayon feeding part which transfers and projects the crayon is the insertion hole of the crayon unit, and a moving unit which transfers the crayon unit to forward, backward, upward, and downward and is touched with the surface of the tire tread in order to paint a color line to the width direction of the tire tread.
