PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for beverage using Cudrania tricuspidata is provided to make Cudrania tricuspidata beverage in which beneficial components are included by removing impurities and a foul odor of Cudrania tricuspidata. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for beverage using Cudrania tricuspidata includes the following steps: cutting leaves and fruits of Cudrania tricuspidata into 1 ~ 2 cm; heating the cut roots, barks, skins, and stem with a corn stalk in water; adding germinated barley in extract; manufacturing Cudrania tricuspidata grain syrup by heating the extract(S10); fermenting the Cudrania tricuspidata grain syrup with the fruits, the stems, and the barks of Cudrania tricuspidata; filtering a fermentation product; and aging filtrate with charcoal over 1 year.
