THIN FILM TYPE SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily adjust the refracting pattern of the sunlight by properly changing the component material and pattern of bead and binder consisting a light scattering film. CONSTITUTION: A light scattering film(200) is formed on a substrate(100). The light scattering film comprises a bead(220) and a binder(240) fixing the bead. A front electrode layer(300) is formed on the light scattering film. A semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the front electrode layer. A back surface electrode layer(600) is formed on the semiconductor layer. The refractive indexes of substrate and light scattering film are different from each other.
