PURPOSE: A magnetic heatable mat and a health mat using the same are provided, which has a thin thickness, can be folded with ease, and has a small volume when being folded. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic heatable mat includes: a heating wire(110) which is arranged on the same plane in a zigzag shape; a rubber magnet(130) which is arranged between the heating wires on the same layer of the heating wire; and a housing(150) of the flexible material which fixes the location of the rubber magnet and the heating wire and has the shape of covering the heating wire and rubber magnet from the upper and lower parts.
