PURPOSE: A micro-rod, a material containing thereof, and a manufacturing method of the micro-rod and nanopowder are provided to easily produce the micro-rod with the high yield by setting a desired composition rate of a multi-component composite metal oxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a micro-rod comprises the following steps: preparing a spinning solution by mixing a polymer and a precursor selected from either a metal precursor or a metal oxide precursor; forming a conjugate fiber by spinning the spinning solution; heat-treating the conjugate fiber to obtain a nanofiber including at least one nano particle selected from a metal nano particle or a metal oxide nano particle; and pulverizing the nano fiber to obtain the micro-rod. The width of the micro-rod is 50~1,000 nanometers. |
