PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a method are provided to implement an image without a defect by including a signal controller. CONSTITUTION: A signal control unit(1000) provides an image signal. The signal control unit comprises a receiver(1100), an image processing unit(1210), and a transmission unit(1300). The receiver provides a control clock signal. The image processing unit provides a data signal. The data signal is synchronized with the control clock signal. A transmission unit provides the image signal with data clock information modulated in data information. A data driver(500) generates data voltage corresponding to the data information. The transmission unit comprises a delay buffer part and a sampling unit.
