FIELD EMISSION DEVICE USING METAL NANOPARTICLE AND METHOD THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A field emission device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to strongly adhere a carbon nano tube to a substrate by forming a cathode after patterning with water-based ink including a metal nano particle. CONSTITUTION: A water-based ink is prepared. A pattern is printed on a substrate with the water-based ink(1). An air gap is formed by heat-processing and solidifying the printed pattern. A carbon nanotube composition is printed on the pattern in which the air gap is formed(2). A cathode electrode and a carbon nano tube is formed by executing post-annealing after printing the carbon nanotube composition on a pattern which is generated by printing the water based ink on the substrate and solidifying it. A substrate where a post-annealing is executed is activated(3).</p>
