PURPOSE: An organic electro light emitting display of dual plate mode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve production yield by repairing dark spot fault. CONSTITUTION: A gate wiring and data line define the pixel region on a first substrate(105). A switching transistor is formed in the crossing point of data line and gate wiring. A driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor. A connecting electrode(170) is connected to the driving transistor. A first electrode(180) is formed on the front surface of the lower part of a second substrate(110). A plurality of buffer patterns(162) are formed on the lower part of the first electrode. A partition wall(164) has the cross section in a reverse taper shape. A patterned spacer(150) is located to one side separated from the partition wall according to each pixel region. A first layer of a second electrode(184) and an organic light-emitting layer(182) is successively connected to the first electrode. The first layer is covered with the calcium oxide layer(192). A second layer and a third layer of the second electrode cover the calcium oxide layer. A getter layer(194) has an area corresponding to the calcium oxide layer.
