PURPOSE: A system offering a parking service suitable for a situation by the recognition of the situation and collaboration server is provided to maximize the supply efficiency of a parking service supply by supplying the parking service. CONSTITUTION: A condition recognition and cooperation server(40) recognize a parking condition by analyzing information of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) readers and sensors. The condition recognition and cooperation server supplies a per-vehicle parking service. An entry controller(31) permits the entry of the vehicles after the issuance of the RFID tag about a parking lot entry vehicle. An exit controller(32) permits the exiting of the vehicles after charging the parking fee about the parking lot exit vehicle.
