PURPOSE: A delay circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to accurately delay a specific signal as much as desired regardless of the frequency change of a source clock or PVT by delaying a specific signal as much as detected time. CONSTITUTION: A delay time detecting part detects time from the start edge of a source clock to a target edge according to a unit delay time unit. A signal variable delay part delays an input signal as much as time which is detected in the delay time detecting part. The delay time detecting part comprises a delay part(100,120,140) and a clock phase comparison part(180). The delay part increases the amount of delay according to the unit delay time unit in response to a delay locking signal and the source clock. The clock phase comparison part determines the value of the delay locking signal by comparing the phase of the source clock and the delayed source clock. |
