<p>PURPOSE: A fastening assembly and a cushion having the same are provided, in which the fastening assembly is simply fixed on the mold and can be easily separated from the mold. CONSTITUTION: A fastening assembly includes: a first strip(11) which is equipped with a first surface and a second surface and in which a plurality of hooks are projected from the first surface; a second strip(12) which is made of sponge and in which a pair of sidewalls are formed to both sides of the center recessed groove portion; and a third strip(13) which has a magnetic materials(14) and which is adhered to the bottom of the second strip.</p> |
