PURPOSE: A method for amplifying a signal in immunochromatography analysis is provided to perform signal amplification using a one-time sample infection without separate manipulation or an artificial reaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for amplifying a signal in immunochromatography comprises: a step of binding an analyte with a first assembly in which a first antibody and connector is conjugated to a first marker; a step of binding the first assembly-conjugated analyte and a second antibody which is fixed and specifically binds to a second epitope; and a step of binding a second assembly in which a third antibody is conjugated to the second marker to a connector of the first assembly. An immune chromatography comprises a sample pad to which liquid sample containing the analyte is applied; a conjugated pad comprising the first and second assemblies; a membrane comprising a detection site and control site; and an absorption pad for absorbing liquid sample by capillary phenomenon.
