PURPOSE: A muck car with a mud flap for removing remaining soil or mud in order to prevent the remaining soil from being piled inside the muck car are provided to improve work efficiency and to waste of manpower for removing remaining soil or mud. CONSTITUTION: A muck car with a mud flap for removing remaining soil comprises follows. A mud flap for surplus soil removal(30) is established in the inner sidewall and floor side. A mud flap stopper(20) is installed at the upper part of the opening side of the light in the mud flap for surplus soil removal. When the muck car is inclined to discharge soil, the mud flap for surplus soil removal is overturned with the excavation soil.
