PURPOSE: A tilt and telescopic steering apparatus is provided to operate a telescope with weak force without the interference of a coil spring with a distance bracket by elastically supporting between the spring fixing protrusion of a spring bush and the spring support of a tilt bracket with the coil spring. CONSTITUTION: A tilt and telescopic steering apparatus an inner tube(270), an outer tube(280), a distance bracket(255), a spring bush(330), a tilt bracket(250), and a coil spring(340). The inner and outer tubes are installed to surround a steering axis. The distance bracket is fixed to the outer tube. The spring bush is installed on the outer circumference of the inner tube to be able to slide along the axial direction. A spring fixing protrusion(332) is formed at one side of the spring bush. The tilt bracket is installed on both left and right sides of the distance bracket and limits the operation of the tilt. The coil spring is formed to elastically support between the spring bush and the spring support of the tilt bracket.
