THIN FILM TYPE SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film type solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar battery with variously refracted sunlight by forming a light scattering film between a substrate and a front electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A light scattering film(200) is formed on a substrate(100). The light scattering film comprises a bead(220) and a binder(240) fixing the bead. A front electrode layer(300) is formed on the light scattering film. The surface of the front electrode layer is formed in the convex-concave formation. A semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the front electrode layer.
