PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a liquefied fertilizer is provided to manufacture the liquefied fertilizer of good quality by heating and cooling a saluting in which a microbial preparation is mixed at a temperature suitable for maturing microorganism. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a liquefied fertilizer comprises: a circulation pipe(4) having one end which is connected to the lower side of a fermentation container(2); a pump(5) which is installed in the circulation pipe and consecutively circulates a solution of the fermentation container by suctioning and discharging the solution; a temperature control unit which maintains a temperature by heating or cooling transferred solution; and a control box(C) which controls the operation of the pump and a set temperature of the temperature control unit. The temperature control unit includes an enlarged pipe unit(6), a casing which is combined with the outer part of the enlarged pipe unit, a heating unit(7), and a cooling unit(K8).
