A beverage extraction apparatus that presents refreshing beverage. Beverage extraction apparatus (1) comprises bowlike cup member (4). The cup member (4) has superior opening (2) for feedings of beverage raw material and liquid and inferior opening (3) for spouting of beverage obtained by extraction from the beverage raw material. The cup member (4) in its inferior part is provided with detachable filter member (5) of upward convex form. The filter member (5) is adapted to cover the area superior to the inferior opening (3) of the cup member (4), trap the beverage raw material and allow through pass of beverage toward the inferior opening (3). |
