PURPOSE: A meat roaster using loess is provided to improve the flavor of food stuffs by the far infrared ray emitted from loess by heating a material containing the loess. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster using loess comprises a table, a heater(300), a meat placing grill(130), a heat pipe(400), a supply unit(500), a collecting unit(600), and a transport unit. The table has a receiving space. The heater is installed in the lower part of the receiving space. The meat placing grill is installed on the top of the receiving space. The heat pipe has a storing space. The heat pipe adds the component of a material to food stuffs through the heating of the material. The supply unit is formed at one end of the heat pipe and supplies the material to the heat pipe. The collecting unit is formed at the other end of the heat pipe and collects the material discharged from the heat pipe. The transport unit transfers the material from the supply unit toward the collecting unit. |
