PURPOSE: A precast concrete panel for pavement, a paving method and a pavement repair method using a lifting bag are provided to enable easy and accurate leveling based on exact data. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete panel(100) for pavement comprises a fixing member(120), a fixing slot(130) and a chamfer(140). The fixing member is projected lengthwise along an edge of a concrete body(110). The fixing slot is formed in the opposite edge of the concrete body and coupled with the fixing member of the adjacent panel. The chamfer is formed on the lower surface of the concrete body, in which a height adjustment device(150) is installed.
