PURPOSE: A twist handle of a stepper is provided to prevent accidental injury created by escaping from the foot stand of the stepper in a fierce walking exercise and to do the leg muscular strength and waist exercise at the same time in the walking exercise. CONSTITUTION: A twist handle of a stepper includes: a body frame(10); a foot stand(20) which is formed symmetrically from side to side with the body frame; a pivot bearing(110) which is combined to the front of the upper side and is formed in the front side of body frame into a plate shape; a swiveling hole part(102) which is formed in the upper part of the outside pivot bearing; a pivot control part(100) which has a returning spring and is installed in the swiveling hole part; and a rotation handle(200) which is prepared to face the front by the elastic force of the returning spring and is axis-connected to the pivot bearing of the pivot control part in the vertical shape.
