PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an anti-reflective film, and a cover substrate for a solar battery using thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the anti-reflective film with a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anti-reflective film comprises the following steps: producing a precursor for forming a silica precursor including liquid silica; depositing the silica precursor on one surface of a substrate(100) as a porous thin layer(10) by spraying the silica precursor in a droplet form, and combusting the droplet; and forming a protective layer(20) after coating the thin layer with a polymeric material consisting of a hardening polymer resin or a silane polymeric material, and curing the material. |
