GUARD RAIL DEVICE HAVING A FUNCTION OF ANIMAL AND PLANT INTERCEPTION

PURPOSE: A guard rail having a function of animal and plant interception is provided to intercept animal passing through a guard rail across the road and block the growth of weed in edges of the road. CONSTITUTION: A guard rail having a function of animal and plant interception comprises a blocking plate(10), a plant growth restraint plate(20), and a fixing pin(25). The blocking plate is installed in the space between a surface(S) and a guardrail(2). The plant growth restraint plate connects the blocking plate to the surface. The fixing pin secures the bottom of the plant growth restraint plate on the surface.
