PURPOSE: A program information displaying method and a display apparatus using the same are provided to enable a viewer to watch an EPG screen having high visibility. CONSTITUTION: A controller generates plural items indicating each program information by using EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information included in a PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol) information(S210), and arranges the generated plural items as the axis of first and second axes(S220). The arranged plural items are overlapped along the one axis of the first and second axes(S230). The EPG screen is displayed(S240).
