PURPOSE: A compound for an organic photoelectric device, and the organic photoelectric device including thereof are provided to secure the bipolar property of the compound to effectively transport both holes and electrons, and to improve the thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound for an organic photoelectric device is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is selected from the group consisting of a substituted or non-substituted aryl group with the carbon number of 6~40, a substituted or non-substituted arylamine group with the carbon number of 6~40, a substituted or non-substituted arylene group with the carbon number of 6~40, and others. B1, B2, and B3 are either CR or N, respectively.
