<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to implement a high display function by projecting the light between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode upward. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting devices(10) are formed on a substrate and a first electrode layer(13), an organic layer(14), and second electrode layer are successively laminated. An insulating layer(24) divides the organic layer at the emitting device. An insulating layer has a lamination structure in which second layers having a refractive index higher than that of the first layer are laminated.</p> |
